Theresa Brooks
Financial and Event Management

Theresa is responsible for ILAG's day to day finances.
She also helps to develop and implement ILAG's member retention strategy and manages the administration of the Distribution and Innovations in Technology Practitioner Groups.

In a previous life Theresa worked in conference management and corporate hospitality and at Albany Life, where she managed the UK office portfolio.

Lynda Maynard
Website and Event Management

Lynda is ILAG's website manager, responsible for innovation, development, implementation and maintenance.
She also manages the administration for the Financial Reporting, Protection Strategy and Protection Practitioner Groups.

Before joining ILAG, Lynda was a senior medical and financial underwriter with a large reinsurer.

Mark Searle
IT Management

Mark is ILAG's IT manager providing software and hardware support for the virtual office.
He also manages the administration for the Regulation, Pension and Savings Strategy Practitioner Groups.

Mark joined ILAG in 2003 having previously worked in the Banking industry.

Ian Sams
Technical Analyst

Ian joined ILAG in 2011. As well as technical analysis, Ian also manages the Tax and Investment Products Practitioner Groups and Prudential Regulation Focus Group.

Ian is a career insurer with 30 years experience in managing Compliance and money laundering prevention controlled functions
and, prior to that, claims management, technical services and policy drafting.
He also has experience of forming new companies in the wrap space and merger and acquisition activity.
