| Solvency II will introduce a new system for measuring and reporting insurers' assets and liabilities which will have significant implications for UK tax provisions. This will entail the adoption of a new tax regime after SII together with agreement on transitional arrangements.
The Forum will give members an opportunity to gain insight into the HMRC's overall policy and approach. |
